Jon did a great job explaining the lessons and allowed enough time for questions and review of the topics. We will definitely be able to apply the lessons learned in this training to our drawings. The Panel Build and Terminal exercises were very interesting. very flexible but its hard without more soak time to know how this is better than using standard blocks in AutoCAD with as much reused content that we have. Jonathan does good with what he has but the approach is fairly dry and with a very small course, tougher to stay focused. just following the book and doing the exercises is something that I could do on my own realistically. The approach to these ACE courses is much less engaging than many of the Inventor courses I have taken. I would like to know if working on 2D drawings in AutoCAD 360 or another Autodesk program while off line is being worked on for the future? Is this function something that others are asking for? IF David is correct there is no fix for the issue today.
It is an issue that Autodesk would have to address. Questions regarding offline viewing files with iPad while overseas Need to add User1 field so it shows up on print The training material didn't really present best practices.
The software is really buggy and I had several crashes during the training.
